CALGARY, Oct. 5, 2015 /CNW/ - What do you get when you combine Vegas-bound WestJet guests with a stunning acrobatic display, a world-class DJ, a private airplane hangar, showgirls and VIP access to the best of the city? The "Ultimate Vegas Upgrade," an action-filled experience delivered recently to unsuspecting guests on board WestJet flight 1116 from Toronto to Las Vegas.

"We're passionate about providing our guests with remarkable experiences," said Bob Cummings, WestJet Executive Vice-President, Commercial. "Our relationship with Las Vegas allowed us to up the ante, surprising guests with a Vegas vacation they'll never forget."

Through relationships with Vegas resorts, guests were entertained by some of the city's top talent, and their trips were upgraded to include some of the destination's best experiences - from front-row show tickets to VIP nightclub experiences and luxurious resort suites.

"Las Vegas is a destination that is full of entertainment and excitement, and a place where anything can happen," said Cathy Tull, Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. "By teaming up with WestJet and our hotels, we were able to provide these lucky visitors with a true 'Only in Vegas' experience that will last a lifetime."
