CALGARY, Jan. 10 /CNW/ - WestJet (TSX:WJA) today announced the addition

marks WestJet's 27th destination within Canada, connecting WestJet to over 25
million Canadians. Services between Quebec City and Toronto will begin May 18,

Quebec and that Quebecers will enjoy our great guest experience in French and
English.
"2007 has been a tremendous year of growth at WestJet, and we would like
to thank Canadians for their continued support. Our market research shows that
over 90 per cent of guests who try WestJet become repeat guests and recommend
us to their friends and associates. This is due in large part to our
exceptional guest experience delivered by our great WestJetters. We are
confident that Canadians will fill the additional seats we are adding to our
network.
"As part of our summer schedule announcement, we are pleased to introduce
new seasonal non-stop service to Toronto from Regina and Saskatoon. The people
of Saskatchewan have always welcomed us with open arms and we are appreciative
of their loyalty. These new non-stop routes will provide them with more
convenient connections to Eastern Canada and to the over 60 WestJet flights
that leave from Toronto each day. In true WestJet style, there are some
terrific introductory fares that demonstrate WestJet's continued commitment to
be the low-fare, high-value leader in Canada.
"Our continued ability to add capacity, new cities and new routes to our
