CALGARY, May 18 /CNW/ - WestJet today announced its sponsorship of the Charlottetown SummerFest Canada Day celebration in Charlottetown, scheduled for July 1, 2010.

At the heart of WestJet's partnership with Charlottetown SummerFest is the WestJet Fun 'n Festivals zone on the Charlottetown waterfront. WestJetters will welcome thousands of people and distribute flight discounts, hundreds of free souvenir photos and even some free flights. In addition, WestJet will be providing glowsticks to help festival goers celebrate during the Canada Day fireworks.

The WestJet Fun 'n Festivals Series brings people and celebration together by sponsoring over 25 festivals around the country.
