WestJet launches new service from Ottawa to Fort Lauderdale, Florida

CALGARY, Nov. 27 /CNW/ - WestJet today announced it will fly new non-stop
short-season service from Ottawa to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, beginning
January 8, 2009.
WestJet will fly twice weekly on Monday and Thursday with departures from
Ottawa at 9:30 a.m., arriving in Fort Lauderdale at 1:09 p.m. The return
flight leaves Fort Lauderdale at 2 p.m. and arrives in Ottawa at 5:11 p.m.
One-way fares, available in both directions on non-stop flights only,
start at $89 for travel until January 26, 2009. Guests must book by December
10, 2008, on westjet.com or by calling the WestJet Sales Super Centre at
1-888-WESTJET(937-8538).
