New terminal offers more for WestJet guests

CALGARY, Aug. 29 /CNW/ - WestJet (TSX:WJA) today announced that it will
be moving its operations at Los Angeles International Airport from Terminal 3
to Terminal 2 effective September 4, 2007. Terminal 2 offers more amenities
such as additional shopping and restaurant choices for WestJet guests. This
terminal also has more counters and gates to accommodate the airline's growing
transborder operations.
"WestJet constantly seeks to ensure that our guest experience is the best
it can be," said Dale Tinevez, Vice-President of Airports for WestJet. "The
airport environment is part of that experience and this terminal move will
bring our guests improved amenities and comfort when travelling to Los
Angeles."
WestJet currently offers seven non-stop flights weekly from Calgary to
Los Angeles and starting December 15, 2007 will offer 14 non-stop weekly
flights with the addition of daily service from Toronto.
