WestJet Announces New Non-Stop Service to Tampa, Florida

Airline Will Offer Weekly Flights from Halifax to Tampa Starting
March 13, 2007

CALGARY, Nov. 6 /CNW/ - WestJet (TSX:WJA) today announced it will begin
offering seasonal non-stop service from Halifax to Tampa, Florida starting
March 13, 2007 until May 1, 2007.
WestJet will offer new non-stop flights between Halifax and Tampa once a
week as of March 13, 2007 with introductory fares starting at $219 CAD. These
fares must be booked by November 7, 2006 and are available for travel from
March 13 to May 1, 2007.
"WestJet Vacations' expanding network of sun destinations and low fares
are providing travellers with more options for mini-vacations," said Bob
Cummings, Executive Vice-President, Guest Experience and Marketing. "Our
guests now have a variety of services to choose from allowing them to
conveniently add hotels, car rentals and attractions to build their own
vacation."

Seats are available for sale immediately and can be booked online at
westjet.com, by calling 1-888-WESTJET, with no additional service fees, or
through a travel agent.
With its new winter schedule, WestJet will also offer weekly service from
Halifax to Orlando starting February 14, 2007. WestJet also offers convenient
connections every day of the week via Toronto to Tampa, Orlando, Fort
Lauderdale, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach and Nassau, Bahamas. More detailed
