Introducing non-stop flights from the capital to Cancun
WestJet launches limited-time service from Ottawa to Cancun, Mexico

CALGARY, Jan. 27 /CNW/ - WestJet today announced the launch of a
limited-time, non-stop route between Ottawa and Cancun, Mexico beginning March
4, 2009.
    "Our loyal guests in the Ottawa-Gatineau region are about to get a double
dose of WestJet fun," said Bob Cummings, WestJet Executive Vice-President of
Guest Experience and Marketing. "In February, our WestJetters celebrate
Winterlude at the Fun 'n Festival Zone, and in March, we launch a weekly route
to Cancun for Ottawans looking to spend a well-deserved spring break on the
beaches of Mexico."
    In addition to Cancun, WestJet also flies non-stop from Ottawa to Fort
Lauderdale, Tampa and Orlando, making it the airline of choice for Ottawans
travelling to sun destinations this winter.
    Following are the schedule details of WestJet's new limited-time service.

    One-way fares, available in both directions on non-stop flights only,
start at $169 for travel between March 4 and April 29, 2009. Introductory seat
