MEDIA ADVISORY - WestJet analysts' conference call to discuss fourth quarter and year-end financial results

CALGARY, Feb. 3 /CNW/ - Media and interested members of the public are
advised that WestJet will hold its analysts' conference call on Wednesday,
February 11, 2009, at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET), following the release of its
2008 fourth quarter and year-end financial results.
    The live conference call will be available through the toll-free
telephone number 1-800-731-5319. Participants are encouraged to join the call
10 minutes prior to the scheduled start, at 8:50 a.m. MT (10:50 a.m. ET). The
call can also be heard live through an Internet webcast in the Media and
Investor Relations section of westjet.com.
    Sean Durfy, President and Chief Executive Officer and Vito Culmone,
Executive Vice-President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss
WestJet's 2008 fourth quarter and year-end financial results and answer
questions from financial analysts.
    Conference play back is available for one week (Wednesday, February 11,
2009 to Wednesday, February 18, 2009) by calling 1-877-289-8525 (quote pass
