CALGARY, June 4 /CNW/ - WestJet today announced it will offer non-stop seasonal service from Edmonton to Cancun three times weekly beginning this December.

WestJet also has weekly non-stop seasonal service from Edmonton to Cabo San Lucas and Mazatlan, as well as twice-weekly to Puerto Vallarta.

"Edmontonians have shown us that they truly love to visit Mexico," said Chris Avery, WestJet's Vice-President of Revenue and Planning. "They enjoy Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo, and we know they're going to love this increased non-stop seasonal service to Cancun and the Mayan Riviera."

The schedule details of WestJet's seasonal non-stop service from Edmonton to Cancun, effective December 8, 2009, are as follows:

This announcement is part of WestJet's new, expanded service from 17 Canadian cities to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas. It is also part of WestJet's flight schedule for the winter of 2009-2010, which will be announced in full in July.
