Airline welcomes another British Columbia community to the WestJet family
CALGARY, Dec. 15 /CNW/ - WestJet today launched new non-stop service to
Kamloops, B.C., its seventh B.C. destination.
"This is an important day for both WestJet and Kamloops as we start our
new service and bring our award-winning guest experience to the people of
Kamloops and surrounding area," said Bob Cummings, WestJet Executive
Vice-President of Guest Experience and Marketing. "Guests from across Canada
now have affordable and easy access to this delightful area of B.C."
WestJet will fly from Calgary to Kamloops daily at 12:45 p.m. arriving in
Kamloops at 12:54 p.m. The return flight will leave Kamloops at 1:30 p.m. and
arrive in Calgary at 3:23 p.m. Flights are scheduled to offer guests the
opportunity to connect with a number of key destinations within the WestJet
network.
