Airline adds a second sun destination where New Brunswickers can defrost

CALGARY, Feb. 17 /CNW/ - WestJet today launched new non-stop seasonal service between Moncton and Orlando. The inaugural flight departs from Greater Moncton International Airport at 4:05 p.m. AST today.

"New Brunswickers have shown their love for WestJet's service to the sun," said Hugh Dunleavy, WestJet Executive Vice-President, Strategy and Planning. "We're excited to offer this new service to Orlando, where guests exchange their snow shovels for snow cones."

"We are thrilled to see WestJet offering additional service to the sun from Moncton," said Rob Robichaud, President and CEO of the Greater Moncton International Airport. "Orlando is a great, fun, family-friendly destination and one that New Brunswickers will enjoy weekly non-stop service."

WestJet will fly between Moncton and Orlando weekly each Thursday. Following are the schedule details of WestJet's new service from February 17 to May 5, 2011:
