CALGARY, May 25 /CNW/ - WestJet will today launch a campaign in support of the Missing Children Society of Canada (MCSC). The month-long awareness campaign called "Give hope. Take action." invites WestJet guests to write a message of hope to families of missing children and make personal pledges to stop child abduction.
Media representatives are invited to the WestJet campus in Calgary on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at 12 p.m. MDT for a touching campaign launch event. WestJet CEO Gregg Saretsky will present the MCSC with the first message of hope on behalf of WestJet along with his personal "I STOP" pledge to stop child abduction. Canadian singer Nate Hall will perform his debut single Things, a song he has dedicated to the MCSC "I STOP" movement.
The WestJet campus is located at 22 Aerial Place NE, Calgary, Alberta. Media representatives are asked to arrive at noon as the presentation will commence shortly thereafter. Please sign in at the campus welcoming desk.
