CALGARY, Sept. 9 /CNW/ - WestJet comments on Canadian Auto Workers (CAW)
remarks. Media are reporting that the CAW is in preliminary stages of talks
with WestJet workers.
Captain Don Hougan, Chairman of WestJet's employee association, PACT
(Pro-Active Communication Team), and member of WestJet's Board of Directors,

long-standing relationship with our WestJetters. Our employees have
demonstrated that there is no need or desire for union representation. The
