WestJet Encore brings its Bombardier Q400s to the Skeena Valley

CALGARY, July 22, 2013 /CNW/ - WestJet today announced new twice-daily, non-stop service between Vancouver and Terrace, B.C., effective November 25, 2013.

Operated by WestJet Encore using Bombardier Q400 NextGen aircraft, the service will benefit the entire northwest region of the province which is undergoing a major economic transformation due to billions of dollars in investment in forestry, mining, smelting, hydroelectricity, liquefied natural gas and infrastructure projects in the Kitimat-Terrace industrial corridor.
