Airline celebrates contributions on eve of International Women's Day

CALGARY, March 7, 2014 /CNW/ - On the eve of International Women's Day, WestJet celebrates the contribution of women to the aviation industry in Canada and around the world.

This weekend marks both International Women's Day and the launch of The Sky's No Limit - Girls Fly Too!, the largest event for women in aviation in Canada, at the Langley Regional Airport in Langley, B.C. The interactive event features free flights for first-time female fliers, aircraft displays and the opportunity to meet pilots and learn more about aviation.
